Easy peasy! Add all the things you'd like to your cart, like a real life Howdy Doody!
Once you have finished adding to the cart what you'd like, follow the cart instructions and proceed to pay using your credit or debit card or Paypal Account (things are much easier now, as you do not have to be a Paypal customer to use their payment facility)
If you would prefer to pay by cheque or postal order, email us the details of the items you'd like so we can reserve them for you. Then, send payment made payable to 'Pink Kat' and the details of your order including your delivery address to our store:

Don't forget to allow 5 days for payment to clear if you are paying by cheque.
We aim for all orders to be delivered within 2 weeks (most of our stock is hand made) but if you have an emergency, and you need your goodies quick-smart, email us and we'll do our mega best to help!
Postage and Packaging
All our goods are sent by recorded delivery in the UK. This is so your items don't get lost, and that if there is a mistake somewhere, we have the reference numbers so we can shout at the post office for you (this very rarely happens!)
For overseas postage, all items are sent by Airmail with a proof of posting certificate. We can send your goods recorded overseas, but this is an extra cost by quotation.
At the request of our customers (they think this makes things easier - and we agree!) products no longer include postage, and the new charges are as follows:
Within the UK: £3.00 per order
Within Europe: £3.50 per order
Rest Of the World: £4.50 per order
You should expect to have your goods in your mitts within 2 weeks (a lot of our stock is hand made - we need to give the trained Weasels time to work) But, if you have a t shirt emergency, like forgeting your sister's Birthday, let us know, and we'll try our most bestest to help!
Returns Policy
We are confident you will be happy with your Pink Kat & Robot Shop purchase, but if there is a problem, please email us and we'll do our best to help.
Please help us to help you by checking our 'Check Your Size' section before ordering if you are not sure. We make most of our items to order. Check so you are double sure!
If you do require a refund please notify us within 14 days and make sure the goods are in resaleable condition, this means they must not have been washed, stained by make-up, deodorant or perfume. Once we have recieved your return, we will issue you with a credit note, so you can choose something else lovely from our site (or our Camden Robot Shop if you prefer) however we will have to charge postage for all re-delivery which will be calculated accordingly this also includes exchanges within the Uk.
Unfortunately, this DOES NOT apply to bespoke customer orders - so choose carefully! They are non-refundable.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of customer
